We are a majority female-owned Class A contractor who specializes in custom kitchen and bathroom remodels. Our ever-improving process is built  on clear and consistent communication, transparency, and customer service. We pride ourselves on working with our clients to create individualized solutions to create unique and beautiful projects that will add value to their homes.
We created Red Ladder to effect change in the construction and remodeling industry. Grace, our CEO, has a background in business and finance, Andie, our COO, comes from marketing and logistics, and Jon, our Class A, personally trains all of our estimators, employees, and crew on quality installation. We know how important is is to hire the right contractor the first time. Therefore, our services are backed by a 5 year labor warranty, so our clients not only receive a beautiful kitchen or bath, but peace of mind as well.
